Yes. The sessions are completely private and nobody other than the patient and the therapist will have any access to what goes on during the session and the sessions are never recorded.
At the moment credit card payments are available in all major currencies accepted by your bank. We are working on adding more payment options and adding options that include your local currency. In the meantime, if you are looking for an alternative form of payment or using other currencies not included in the options, please contact us so we can arrange that for you.
The number of sessions you need depends on the approach you choose, your specific case, and your therapist’s assessment. Your therapist will explain all these to you in your first session and in general it is best to receive this information from your therapist.

From the Book Session link you can schedule an assessment session with a psychotherapist of your choice. After that assessment session you can schedule subsequent regular sessions with your therapist.
As soon as you choose your psychotherapist and schedule your first session. The communication apps (E.g. skype, whatsapp, etc.) available for that therapist will be shared with you so you can choose. Please contact us if you need an alternative form of communication with your therapist.
Depending on your therapist and the approach, the sessions are 45 minutes or 50 minutes long.
